Preliminary Timeline for Greenlight Fiber-to-the-Home Project

Mark Murphy, Managing Partner of Greenlight Networks, has provided this tentative timeline for the fiber-to-the-home project:

• Engineering work -- COMPLETE.
• Permits & utility licenses -- In progress.
• Begin accepting customer deposits: Mid-to-late August.
  Greenlight will email Meadowbrook residents who have signed-up on the website.
• Deposit period closes: August 31.
  All Meadowbrook residents who submit a deposit by this time will receive free installation.
• Begin network construction: Mid-to-late September.
  You will see our crews hanging fiber on the telephone poles.
• Begin home installations: Early-to-mid October.
  We will set up an appointment to complete the installation work inside your home.
• Installations complete: Mid-to-late October.

Please note that the permitting and licensing phase is the least predictable element of the plan -- the bureaucratic work is less predictable than the hardhat work! -- so we should expect an updated timeline in a month or less.
