Since 2020, we’ve celebrated the end of the school year and the start of summer with an ice cream truck visit. Hosted in the driveway of a centrally-located home, we’ve enjoyed ice cream together on a late-June evening.

Bruster’s has been our ice cream vendor/partner to-date, providing five flavors of delicious, locally-made ice cream, assorted toppings, and a refreshing sorbet choice, as well. They’ve even offered “pup cups!”

The Meadowbrook Neighborhood Association has not only organized the event but also subsidized the cost of the ice cream, to make this an extra-affordable treat for our families.
